The Asador Sutan was born from the union between the Txapartegi brothers of the Alameda Restaurant and the father and sons of Rekalde from Bodega Hiruzta. Two Bidasoa families that for generations have combined the respect and practice of local cuisine with know-how and love for txakoli; gastronomic and wine tradition mixed in perfect harmony.
The cuisine of Sutan is local and seasonal: vegetables from the nearby farmhouses, local fish, mushrooms, meats, cheeses ... taken directly to the grill and paired with our Txakoli. It is the way of being and feeling the Bidasoa Kitchen.

We offer you a space in an incomparable setting that can host up to 200 guests exclusively. You can perform the ceremony and the aperitif in our garden, surrounded by more than 14 hectares of vineyards and overlooking Peñas de Aia. In addition to the different passes during the welcome cocktail, you can extend the appetizer with a ham cutter or different tastings (oysters, cheeses ...). You can also choose one of the menus that we propose or create one to your liking by combining dishes from different menus. You can also end the day with a recipe that will not leave your guests indifferent.
